16 May 2014In November'14 , I am appearing for CA Finals 'Group I' after a long gap of four years. Hence am a bit lost.
Please guide me for :-
1. Corporate Law - Sections of Companies Act applicable for exams? Which sections out of the 98 notified sections of Companies Act 2013 to be applicable for Nov 14 ?
2. Accounting - Are there significant changes to financial reporting and accounting standards in recent years? Since the books are now out of stock, I meant to start revising from my old book.
