Assistance needed for CA Final -Nov' 14

In November'14 , I am appearing for CA Finals 'Group I' after a long gap of four years. Hence am a bit lost. 

Please guide me for :-

1. Corporate Law - Sections of Companies Act applicable for exams? Which sections out of the 98 notified sections of Companies Act 2013 to be applicable for Nov 14 ? 

2. Accounting - Are there significant changes to financial reporting and accounting standards in recent years? Since the books are now out of stock, I meant to start revising from my old book.

45 sections are applicable for final. For dis download supplementary material frm icai site..in law section. 4 yrs means buy new law bk also. Til then u can refer dis material and also pm. And FR yes buy new bk plus new pm. Pm available at institute

Please download the study material of all four subjects from BoS knowledge portal on ICAI.org. You will get all details of changes chapterwise in initial pages of new study materials.
