Assessment order received but refund not received

Faceless assessment order with a refund, not received:
• After an assessment order (143(3)) determining a refund, the refund is issued by the jurisdictional AO or CPC after the order is passed, with Sec 244A interest. If not received, check the e-filing portal for the refund status, and the order's computation sheet (ITNS 150).
• If the refund shows "determined but not issued", raise a grievance on the e-filing portal (with the order number), and write to the jurisdictional AO.
• Sec 245 adjustment: the department may adjust the refund against outstanding demands of other years (with prior intimation).
