@ Mr. Raju till now I filled 24 IT Returns FY 2020-2021, on all ITR1 and ITR4 Processing is done and refund received by Tax payers and 143(1) intimation received

The 24 ITRs filed - does it include other than ITR1? When were they filed?

@ Iruland - when were the ITRs filed - the last one for which you got the 143(1)/IT refund?

@ Rocks in New IT Portal ITR processed first time on 25 August that ITR Filled in June, July August but now Processing is done Within 2-5 days for ITR1/ITR4, Last ITR Filed by me on 20 Sept 2021 ITR4 and it Processed on 21 Sept 2021

Itr Still showing  in process since 19.8.it is pity income of my spouse from other sources is only rs 6 lacs + and refund is rs 38000 but portal still standstill for the last one month though many grievances filed but no effect.

My return for year 21./22 hasbeen assessed and received intimation .IN MY CASE I HAD TO DEPOSIT TAX TO GOVT WHEREAS IN CASE OF MY SPOUSE REFUND OF RS 40000 NOT PAID EPORTAL SHOWING RETURN UNDER PROCESS SINCE 19.8.

GRIEVANCES R NOT ATTENDED TOO. INCOMETAX  DEPTT HAS NOW BECOME FISH MARKET.

Anybody is aware whether any ITR-2 has been processed and Intimation under 143(1) / refund received?
