I have doubt for in IT return I paid full tax when filing of e-return but and I had received notice from income tax office in that as per return is correct but as per u/'s 143 not correct and you to be paid tax.
what can I do pls help us.
There are several reasons for receiving intimation u/s 143. check if you have mentioned all the details of challan paid (i.e. challan no., challan date, challan amount), check the details of TDS if any (i.e. TDS if any has been properly claimed or not, TAN of the deductor is correct or not etc.) also check 26AS and see if you have missed any income. The actual reason for intimation can be sorted out only after seeing intimation & 26AS.
