If transaction is completed as per AS -9 than definately yes

Normally it is believed that if a transaction is entered with related party,it may not be a fair value transaction. Related party relationship affects the volume and decision of business. To control the situation and for better interpretation of FS, AS-18 makes it compulsory to disclose those transactions. In your case as the company has already entered into a transaction with related party,it need to be disclosed.Further it does not make any difference whether the goods are in transit or received as its not going to change the value or prices of the transaction. So in my view u should disclose it as per AS-18 under related party transaction.
