mne artship training had just been over on 30th september 2010..which form & what procedure i hav 2 do next..?

Simply fill form no. 108, get it signed by your CA and send it to ICAI. You will have to show the no. of days of leaves in form itself. Write total no. of leaves taken (including excess leave if you want to show it).

no, as per rules its compulsory but u can avoid it if your CA AGREES FOR IT.
