hi I am rahul...I submitted my form 109 to Icai on Feb 29 but till this date my article ship hasn't been terminated as I checked on Icai members section... is there any specific time limit... and can I submit a fresh form 103 to restart my article ship on new firm...

It usually takes a month to recieve the termination letter. You may call up ICAI and check your status
