[b]Hi Friends
I have cleared P.E. II in Nov. 2005 with 52.83%. My 1st attempt was in Nov 2004 & I had not given the May 2005 attempt. I have scored good marks upto graduation & M.Com I & also secured 61% in PE-I(1st attempt). I want to join for articleship by the end of Oct.2006.

Will I secure admission in a big firm inspite of my low percentage? Is any kind of REFERENCE or INFLUENCE required? One of my friend(passed in Ist attempt)has got admission in Deloitte without any interview & without securing a rank Is that possible? Will I secure admission in one with only month to go?If I get admission into one will they allow me to appear for M.Com II exam which is in April 2007?

Also please give me the NAMES of some Good SMALL & MEDIUM size firms in MUMBAI having good client base as well as exposure in all fields related to C.A.(possibly having corporate level work )

Which firm is suitable for me considering my percentage, M.Com II etc. Will ICAI give me permission for M.Com II because I will be joining Articleship after registering for M.Com II

Please please please.................help me.

yeah if u have a good reference u surely get into a good firm despite ur gud or bad academic record .n widout a reference its difficult even for d rankholders to get in.n if u get thru anyof the big firms they dont give you time to die so forget bout doin ur M.com

Also I would be very grateful if somebody could give me the names of [color=red]REPUTED SMALL & MEDIUM SIZE firms in MUMBAI [/color]having good exposure in various fields of C.A. (preferably having corporate level work & where I could get appointed by Oct. 2006)[/b]

i want to know the addresses of some proficient firms in hyd. i dont have reference . what shall i do . can i go for interview to the big 4 firms. please reply me....
