Articleship transfer submission of 103 issue

I am trying to get a transfer, so date of registeration was 20th feb, now my sir is asking me to get it signed tomorrow evening 103,

I wanted to ask if I submit it after 20th feb but date of singing 103 be 17 Feb will that be ok? No issues right?

Also i have accumulated leaves of 50 days, which will extend 20th feb to more or not?
