Articleship Transfer Rules

No one can tell about that .

Ya there is no answer for this question and also for when the stipend rates will be increased or for question like when articleship will be reduced to 3 years for PCC students etc

Look. after new president has come, 2-3 times, the discussion on transfer rules have been discussed, but never took a decision for the same...

Let c, how much more time they require to take such small decision...

Why u are waiting for the change in Transfer rules. If u want to take transfer then just Give an application on which u have to tell the reason along with Form 109 with the signature of ur Principle.

Can anybody tell me, wat are the current proviasons of tranfer of articleship training ?

PCC student can take one trasfer nw or only secondment can be exercised as per current provisons?

who said there is one transfer allowed....you've mistaken..... btw process to allow transfer to articles is going on/.....i heard this frm a icai staff....

hey frens im ca final year student . in my one and seven months of elastious career as article clerk , i have been to only one client and doing the same work checking stock since the company was established to till date.  No record are available ,old computer with the obselete software which one can knows to use ,sometimes it gives nice shocks, clients are so ill mannered and give one cup of coffee of Rs 5 with Rs 100 of attitude, my ca is num whenever i complain about anything , acs have been pulled down where we used to stay , its so shamefull to say but its reality ........etc etc  ....no transfer....

when will rule come so that i can leave this sh*t client and do some useful jobs which a ca is supposed to do

Hi Friends,

I inquired with the WIRC chapter, they have replied that Transfer is allowed subject to prior approval of council.

Documents submission - Form 109 + NOC from existing Principal.

still there is no official notification from ICAI.

if anybody have any addtional information, kindly share.

hey frnzzzz i want to take transfer from my CA ..Is there any notification confirming that transfer had been allowed or if  there is not such notification then can i take transfer if my CA has no objection in that. should i hv to take prior approval of ICAI regarding the same..???? please suggest me asap
