i am asking this for my friend.he joined for articleship in a CA firm.after 8 months he terminated articlship from that firm.and receievd termination letter also.after that he joined in another firm and he submitted registration form (form 102) under new principal only after 3 months of joining in that firm.So he paid Latefee 1000 also.but his articlship registration was unsucessfull because he didnt submitted All the documents required for registration .so he received a letter from ICAI asking him to submit his(bank account details,attandance ,work diary for dat 3 month etc...)he was about to submit all those things, But Now the problem is ,He dont like to continue there as articledassistant under that principal because, exposure is not so good in that firm..but how can he take transfer from 2nd firm because he already submitted form 102 for registration eventhough ICAI has not approved his regstration...reply me soon...
