Articleship Transfer - Please Help

It's right that you will face difficulties in transfer, only if you have solid reasons to get transfer and you can convince that to the Institute, then only you might get transfer. For eg. your C.A. is shifting to other place outside delhi.

I would like to know the procedures for transfer of articleship.Please do respond..

The procedure for transfer is to get form 109 signed by principal.

Getting a transfer is possible only by mutual consent, death of principal or by opting for industrial training (N.A for 1st and 2nd yr articled asst).

If the mutual consent is not there...then what should the student do??? Its a tough question indeed, and trust me its not answered yet.

Thats one reason, the students who want a transfer face difficulties. This is because of this unanswered question which becomes an advantage for members.

As we know that if the mutual consent is not there then the further course of action is not known.ICAI has no answer in its current regulations. So, if there is no mutual consent then there is no transfer under current rules. This means that you have to give up your fundamental rights and work with your principal even if you are not interested.

May god help all those who are seeking transfer and having no mutual consent.

Don't take tension regarding transfer. Its your right to take transfer. But it doesnt mean that you are allowed to take transfer frequently. Frequent trasfers on your CV makes negative impact.

Procedure: 1)You have to take permission of your current principal. 2) Search another CA who is willing to register u as his/her article. 3)Fill the form no.109 triplicate & get it signed from your current principal. 4) Fill form no. 102 & 103 again and get it signed from Your new principal(CA). 5) Submit one copy of from no. 109 at institutes office,keep one copy with you and one with your principal. 6) And also submit copy of form no. 102 & 103 alongwith form no.109. In a month you will receive transfer and re-registration letter from institute.

Thats it. Its so simple.

i want transfer form of articleship for our transfer.

can you please help me and give some advise. 

i have cleared my cpt & i am doing my articleship.. my boss does not allow me to go for classes and hence i want a transfer, as classes are equally important.. other then trasfer is there any other option?? pls help..

I am currently doing my articleship and I have completed one year. I want to take transfer as my health is not allowing me to work with my Principal as Iam suferring from Astama. My Principal has allowed me to take transfer but I don't want 3 month leave and I want to continue my articleship without leave. Please suggest me how can I take transfer.

Hi.... all.... i just want a help.....  actualy i want to take termination from ma current firm... as ma guardian is getting transfered, on wat basis i can get transfer, Bcoz institute says that u can take transfer if parents get transfred, in ma case ma parents are in native place, and i dont want to go there for my articleship...... so can i Give transfer certificate of ma guardian for ma termination?????????????????... I am graduate(B.Com(H)) from SRCC and i am doing articleship form a msdiocre firm. I am not getting good exposure in this firm. So i want to take transfer to Big 4's. Is this reason sufficient for taking transfer????? Please help?????

Articleship transfer is really burning problem. Why ICAI not consider the hardship faced by the students. This type of restiction makes the Value of professional couse down.Please friend oppose this unfair rules  in your best possible manner. This is against our fundamental right.
