Articleship transfer in second year by mutual consent

Got my answer from e-sahayata site.....

Yes u can get transfer. Reasons shd be either of the followings
1. Medical issues. u shd submit medical certificate from govt.hosp along with form 109.
2. Relocation due to transfer. relocated place shd be around 50 kms from ur audit firm. shd attach relocated address proof along with form 109.
3. Death of the principal
4. winding up of audit firm.

Form 109 3 copies can be downloaded from our institute site. You hv to submit within one month from the date of termination.
Once u get the acknowledgement in the form retain two forms. one is for ur old audit firm and another one is for ur new audit firm to be given while u join.
