Is it possible to take transfer due to lack of work and exposure in a small firm after 1 year of articleship?
Does ICAI consider it?

If principal give... Then i think its allowed.... But that case never happened... So go for industrial training in last year
Actually principal is ready to give transfer, but since it doesn't satisfy any one of the prescribed conditions of ICAI regulations, I had a doubt
Supposed a case principal doesn't want to keep article due to they hv not any work... Then how can icai deny it... As everything depends upon principal consent... Once enquire about this in icai... Told him that ur principal want to give u transfer... What they said

Yeah that sounds reasonable. The only thing is about certain conditions, and ICAI is very strict about transfers. What I have heard is that they will allow transfer only when any one of those circumstances arise.
That restriction arisen when article want to take transfer... Principal can give transfer at any time... Ask about that or just deposit termination form with icai... See what they r asking
I can help you out in this since i had taken transfer in my 3rd year of articleship.
Let me tell you first that there is no such thing like the principal doesn't want to keep his article due to his/her poor performance etc. etc. because articleship in itself means that you are in your learning phase so your principal can not expect expert knowledge from your side and hence ICAI is not gonna believe this.However principal can terminate your articleship under him only on one ground and i.e. misconduct involving moral turpitude and i am sure that you wont want this too.

Don't worry bhai... Icai will not trace u... They r not doing anything like that... Aise to sunil maggo sir ne openly annual day pe bol diya... Kya kar legi uska icai
