Articleship transfer

As per the current rules, you can take transfer for you pending 9-10 months only if u are gonna go for industrial training otherwise transfer is banned for those in their last year of articleship

i have got termintion from one auditor and again Re-Registered at another auditor..now my problem is @ my new auditor only 6memberes are there and i have registered as 7th memeber which is within the limit only.

but in the institute register there are 4more members who have actually obsconded/leftover 10yrs back only..now what i have to do..??

1.can i register under this new auditor or i have to search new auditor again.??

2.is my registeration Vaild.??

I think it would be difficult for u to take a transfer as it is totally banned by the institute but certain condition were provided by the institute for taking transfer. you hane to follow those rule given by the institute then only u can take a transfer

Actually to stop the transfer is not so good decision according  to many students including me. We found that many students who are on dummy means they will continue because of restriction on transfer. Student face many problems like after registration under particular principal that his/ her principal have no sufficient or audit work to learn or not cover all type of field for audit. Student those relatives are CA most of them are on Dummy & they get sufficient time for study comparative to article assistant. and so many reason I have for against this restriction...

Agree with Kapil. Because I am facing such situation.
