My articleship registration date is feb 09 2017. Now i am in a position like, terminate the articles on jan 31 2018 and join in new firm on march 1st 2018. My question is whether this one month gap will be deducted in 150 days leave criteria ?
And only termination should be within one year right? Or joining in a new firm should also be within one year?

No only transfer should be within one year... You can join later in another firm.. And that gap period extends ur training period for that period
