I laughed on ur comments.But really, institute is cracking jokes by framing such rubbish rules. AB problem ye hai ki billi ke gale me ghant kaun baandhe?

are ICAI members thinking that we have no brains.the strategy to eliminate dummy articleship is not to be taken by imposing restriction on the independence of students.how come they say that a re registration should not be made in the same city.what if a student due to responsibilities in his/her family is unable to move out of a place and at the same time is not having a good relationship with the principal.should he suffer?

ICAI is thinking that we students are just fools.

ICAI has just made the articleship thing a joke. They don understand our problems and thn take out these stupid rules and regulations which are just not worth anything.

WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING YAAR THERE IS NO UNION AND ALL NA THTSWHY THERE IS NO ONE TO APPEAL THEM REGARDING THESE RUBBISH THINGS..

Actually thinkng, by issuing such notifications institute is actually putting a hint of adventure in the life of all our {ractising members.

By making them think of new ways to play(torture is a better word though) with the already miserable lives of their interns.

But, are we to complain, after passing and becoming a member even we will do the same to our articles.

If not, if we are liberal then too we will tell them "Hamare zamane mein hum 12 ghante kaam karte the no transfers no terminations, beta CA aise banate hai, tumtoh bahut lucky ho ki tumhe mai mila hoon"

Ya all articles are frustrated. Even principals are exploiting on no transfer point.

But what about students who have already taken Dummy?????? Is are institute doing anything about them?????

I am not at all worrying because even if my boss is around this site he wont know who I am because I have kept my identity undisclosed.

people dont you think we must make a union and observe a strike for atleast a day so that our voices reach to the institute.

only CA students are not united. guys look at the strikes which was done by medical students 2 years back on quota issue.

In my point of view the CA Inst. is article life nothing but hell. The Inst. made for CA only Not for Student.
