I am an article in my first year of articleship. I wish to take a transfer and have already received the permission from my present employer. I have also been selected at the firm to which I wish to transfer. My question is what is the procedure for articleship in the first year? What are the forms I need to fill and where will they be available?

Fill form 109 and take signature of your principal and submit it to icai, fill 3 copies,one for you, one for icai and one foryyour principal.
