Articleship transfer

You should go with a proper reason for which he will accept,

convey your inconveniance in working with him in pleased manner

i have tried all the manner which could be possible. he says he's not concerned with my problem. he just doesn't care. can i complaint against him in institute.

When you become a CA don't do to Articled Clerks what he is doing to you.

could i get transfer even if he doesn't signed the sign the articleship form.

pls any suggestion would be welcome bcoz i dont know what to do. he would not sign form 109 in case any and would not allow me to enter into his ofc.

i would promise to you chandra that i would never do such a thing against article when i would become a CA. i do not have a tendency to mentally harrass anyone which he is doing with me and nor i'm that kind of person who feels happy by seeing other sad or other being failed.
