wht if the firm will not give transfer& having reputation in the Institute

Even I took a transfer, when I was in PE-II, I went to the Institute's office at Cuffe Parade (Mumbai), & asked for the form, I was given the same without asking for any cover letter from the principal. You need to fill the form and submit it in the Institute after which you are required to re-register yourself with your new firm as an artcled clerk ( now assistant ) & submit the form in the Inst. After checking the details the Inst.sends you a letter confirming your new registration for the balance period...

Well, before taking up a transfer, make sure, your principal is open to the idea, most principals' take a student member for a ride before signing on the dotted line. Unless & until your principal signs' on the form you won't be able to re-register with your new principal. As far as not permitting transfer is concerned, such thing cannot be done as the Inst. permits transfers'...

what is the time limit,as i have taken the signature on form 109,now im searching anothjer firm,till what time i need to re register. please tell me.

Its' better that you confirm this with the Inst. as the rules may have changed as of now.... All the best.. But according to my best knowledge it is one month...

hi u have to take on permission from u r current boss latter head regarding issue of form 109 and submit the same to the chapter office to take form 109. then u have to get it signed and send the same to chennai chapter for registration. mean while with in one month u have to get re register with freash boss. and send the same to ca office chennai for registration all the best byeee

hi all, I want to get transfer of articleship from my current employer, i have downloaded form 109 from institute site, could you guide me what should i do now, further.

hi, i hv heard that from 1st Jan,2009 transfer form(form 109) are going to be bannedi.e. one cannot tk trf from one employer to another. is that true?
