I want to know the procedure regarding the transfer in articleship?
My friend had already completed 6 months of articleship and now wants transfer from the present office......
Please tell me the whole procedure regarding transfer....
Should he had to fill up the articleship form again?????

you can take transfer in the first year of articleship.
you have to file the transfer form and yes get registered with the new employer.
My CA has refused to give transfer..WAt 2 do??

Request him for the transfer and tell him the reason for transfer........
