its last yr of my articalship
I applied institute for transfer
now I have received a letter saying send 109 signed my your current principal

my question is this that should I send new joining letter with my future principal or I have to wait for reply

pls plz plz tell me the produced soon

THE INSTITUTE IS ASKING FOR FORM 109 (ARTICLE TERMINATION FORM), IT MEANS FIRST YOU NEED TO GET THE SIGNATURE FROM YOUR PRESENT PRINCIPAL FOR TERMINATION, I THINK YOU HAVE TO SEND THIS FORM TO ICAI, AFTER THE TERMINATION ONLY YOU CAN JOIN NEW FIRM SO I THINK FIRST YOU HAVE TO SEND 109 SEPARATELY AND AFTER JOINING NEW FIRM YOU HAVE TO SEND NEW REGISTRATION FORM.

Monika is right... Send form 109 first of all... when you get the reply from ICAI that your tranfer has been confirmed than only you can join new firm
No need to send a letter signed by your future principal....
