consider all the facts...
1. article ship training period due on 20 dec 2010 which started on 21 june 2007
2. as per attendence record 68 days calculated as excess leaves
3. above said excess leaves includes IT training period as leave
4. office timing for training from 11 am to 6 pm including lunch time
5. according to work load, excess time worked during training like as tax audit period, bank statutory audits etc.
6. out-station job profile also applied while training period which made huge time workless
7. contention of principal that,
a) only 16 days to be taken as compensatory against said 68 excess leaves
b) no need of filing form 108 now, it will be taken into consideration for filing after my Final attempt in May 2011 and proper discussion about termination of articleship training afterthat..
c) for attempting Final exams in May 2011, will do signature on exam form wherever it's necessary
what should i do now.....? (i cant concentrate on my studies of CA Final in this tensed environment ......)
please give me ur helping hand...
