hello friends

now a days there are a lot of CA students who r doing dummy articleship and i am happy that our institute is inspecting it rightly time to time they are imposing restricions on dummy articles and it should be

but my point is that there are also some students who are suffering their studies because of articleship training

i mean those CA firms where the principals are wholly dependent upon their articles they do not have full time emplyment in their firm and students have to work there for even 8 to 9 hours a day

if a CA student will do articles for sucha long time then how will he or she able to study at home

i am not saying that one should go for dummy training but the institute should also think for these students also

i know this training is very much necessary for us and i totally agree with institute but there should also be a limit upto which we can relax ourselves........

this is my point of view some students will not agree with me

but i know there will be some students who will agree with me........

please suggest ur idea on the above topic.........

There is already a clause for maximum working hours of the article, you can complaint, if its not being followed by your principal.

I don't know, what you want to say by starting such a long thread, please clear point wise,

My Dear Student,

The rule for every problem is FIGHT THE PROBLEM or FIT IN THE PROBLEM

If you fight, there are ways, even safe ways, but there is no option for different devisings (बहाना)

If you write a creative mail to board of studies ini this regard, without proving that, you have mailed the letter, you can play safe.

This is only one !dea, you can have other !deas too.

thanx mayur to clear my point there

i totally agree with mayur we students are not able to do that the seniors who r in this profession who r very clear to our point can only help us because we cannot maintain bad relations with our pricipal

the faculty members and others who r at very high level should get encourage to do something for students like us too

our institute is imposing so much restrictions on dummy article but why cannot they impose any restriction to the limits of daily hours
