Actually I started my articleship training in april 2016 in a small firm based in ghaziabad. I was posted at a client place in South Delhi for all the my articleship period i.e. 9 months. I requested my priciplal many a times for transfer but he did not allow me, every time he use to say that I will sign after this assignment...9 months passed away in this way. One day I was very frustated and I left office after droping him a message that I am leaving office from today. I decided to quit CA. Then in the evening I got an email written to me by my principal CC to secretary and president sir ICAI ..about the complain of profession misconduct and misbehaviour at client place...many alligation were made some of them which were major were wrong. I went to ICAI they said ask your principal ..I asked him then he said ICAI will decide. It has been almost more than 1 year.. I was not looking into it because I was planning for MBA but didnt get any good college. So once again I visited ICAI they says ask to your principal. But I am sure that he will not allow me.
Please, may any of you suggestt me a wayout that what should I do if I again want to complete my CA but not under the same principal.
