Dear All, I have recd a Termination Letter from ICAI that the articleship from so and so date has been terminated due to the "Member" or "Principal" or "Employer" has not paid the Membership Fees. Actually the Employer has not paid the fees and so the Name of the Member has been removed from the Register of Member and So Automatically, all the articles under the Name of Employer has been served the Letter that the articleship has been Terminated. Please if any body can guide, it would be of great thanks !! PLEASE HELP.

That's the way it is. You'll have to bare the brunt. What exactly is your query?

I want to Restart it, what is the procedure for renewing it ?

The same procedure that is go to the Institute and buy the articleship forms (102,103)
But do fill in the period for which you have served with the first employer and before that also submit the Form 109 which is for Transfer/Termination of Articleship

But, Can I continue with the same employer (subject to his name is re-registered in the Register of Member), Do i need to submit the Articleship forms again or Can I just write the letter to ICAI to Re-register me as Article ?

Haa, tu continue Kari sakse same employer saathe, only write a letter regarding the same to the Institute.
