Articleship termination and final attempt

In 3 years of articleship you've total 6 months can avail as leave.

But sir due to termination will my final attempt change from Nov 2017 to may 2018?

As per my view your attem for CA Final will be postponed from Nov. 2017 to MAY 2018. because now your articleship shall be completed in May 2018. that is after April 2018 so in this case as per my view u are not eligible to sit in exam of Nov. 2017.

Sir, 

     What is the reason is it excess leave or due to termination and the no of days of delay. 

If at all I would have re-registered on 25/04/2016 instead of 14/05/2016 by consulting my principle is there any possibility

as per the rules of ICAI u are allowed to fight once CA Final exam before 6 months of completion of your articleship. same is known as prepond attem.

if your articleship completes in may 2018 then it is more that 6 months from Nov. 2017 so u are not eligible to appear for Nov. 2017. 

but if u re-register before 30th april 2016 u will be allowed to appear in Nov. 2017.

this is my view.

Mounika, definitely ur attempt will be shifted from Nov 2017 to May 2018 if there is delay in re-registration of your articles. The only option which u can use is that convince your current principal and mention your articles re- registration dates in registration form anything in between 17/04/2016 to 30/04/2016 so that u will be eligible for Nov 2017 attempt.

Monuika now only one option u have with u that u have to re-register urself before 30th april 2016.

but the point is Re-registration is valid from the date of Stamp paper of Rs. 100..

but yes if ur current principal is agree then everything is possible..:p
