articleship termination
I wish know about the termination procedures for PCC articleship and leave duration for pcc examination.NOV 2008...... actually i was joined my articleship in 27 th of December 2006 as per deed.... i had already taken a leave of one month for my university examination....... i wish to take leave for my PCC....... Shall i take leave by the end of 15 months which is 27 of march 2008 or i have to leave only 3 months before the examination...... more over i wish to terminate my articles over there and continue some where else after my PCC examination.......Can you pls guide me on this.......

take transfer as soon as possible because transfer within the same city is gng to ban soon..
ICAI is coming with a new amendments under which 1) you can't take transfer without any solid reason and 2) ICAI members are not allowed to give tuitions between 9am to 5PM and 3) you cant attend ur classes for regular courses during 9 AM to 5PM..
so do whatever u want but do it very fast

my uncle is employed in ICAI.. he has told me about this.. and moreover my tutors who r member of ICAI have got the notice to change their tuition timings... now u cant take tuitions between 9 to 5 from any CA..

Well i confirmed from praveen sharma classes...they are not changing their timings....it willl be 7-11 am for them...Moreover, kindly let me know, if I their are any firms that are allowing tutions?
what are the consequences of termination of articleship agreement at this stage in pcc? i have registered on 30.3.07 and my 15 months get over on 30.06.08. will i be able to give my nov2008 pcc if i terminate my agreement without a transfer? plz help..
u can discuss with local CA chapter ...or can clarify with www.icai.org

i hav completed 3 yrs of trainin...i hav still not been able 2 clear my inter exams....cn i tke termination n 1st clear my inter exam n dn do my 6 mnths remainin trainin.....
