Articleship termination
Friends, pls help me in this matter. I am now doing my 2nd year articleship. Now i want transfer of articleship because my family is getting settled in abroad. I want to know whether there is any rule that the article should be rejoined in any other firm within 1 month of termination ? Can i get my termination now and rejoin after 1 or 2 years ?

Yes, You can terminate your Articleship by filing Form 109 and again start it within permissible time and if you want to take transfer, it is also allowed with genuine reasons.
sorry frnds you are not availed the transfer facility , because this facility available under one year only....
