I got terminated on Oct 2021 from articleship because my father got transfer to sirkazhi. but due to my sister studies I can't go to sirkazhi now. can I able to continue my articleship in same city with other firm.

Secondment and Termination both are different terms. If you have successfully terminated your articleship than you can join at any other firm. If you can tell how many months articleship you have completed than it will be better to answer your query with more clarity.
