Articleship registration process form 102

Hey.... U shud have heard about Contract??? Hee Hee... Jus Jokin.... Form 102 serves as a contract between you and your Principal at work. It becomes binding only when its Franked. Franking is nothing but converting it into a Non Judicial Paper. So u'll be filling in your name, your articleship period and other details and you and your boss(principal) will sign it on each page and at the end. Nothin to worry... any further doubts PM me....

Hey Forgot to tell u..... First get the Form Franked Before Filling it. And remember, The date of Franking is the date of Registration with the ICAI as an article.... So the sooner you get ur form franked, the sooner you can be registered.....

the form n o. 102 is to be filled along with the non judicial stamp paper, it is not to be sent to the institute. one copy for you and one for your principle 

Is Form n o:102 has to be sent to the institute after complition of articleship .

please can any one help me regarding this......if possible tell me the total procedure with Form no:102

it is just a deed of articlship cannot be submited to icai.

pls tell me what is the time period for submitting......form 103 and alongwith what fees,,,,,,,,,,,,,is form 112 also reqd if b.com is from (SOL.)  i cleared my  group 1 of ipcc and already registered for grp2

Yeah the date of Franking is the date on which the ICAI registers your articles. So do it with care. All the best

i hav joined articleship , a month back , n yet i dint submitted form 103/102 , n evn i dint franked it yet.....so can i know should i put the date of joining in form 103 (which is a month back) and do franking today ...can i get registered as article from date of joining or from date of franking.....urgent

can date of joing of articles should be previous to the date of franking,,eg i hv joined on 1/8/12 and i hv franked 102 on 1/9/12... so can i put date of joing in form 103 as 1/8/12 ...is it valid????

u are not required to send form 102 t oicai,along with 103,

how ever as per icai rules it is the agreement b/w u and principal,u have to execute it on stamp paper

with in 30 days

delay which attracts penalty
