Articleship registration

iam working as an Articles clerk for the last 2 years in an audit firm without registering for Articleship ..
since iam not cleared any group of IPCC...till May 2018
but in the recent November attempt I cleared the first group...
my query is that shall i get the credit for that 2 years and I got stipend only during that period...
whether I can register my Articleship w.e.f that date of joining in that audit firm
by submitting a condonation with the precsibed late fee
