I would like to ask that is it a rule that a student can take leave after completing 15 months of articleship in PCC ??
Coz many of my friends have got leave for November Exam from APril just because they have completed 15 months.
Is it so ?
Yes it is a rule that to appear in exam of PCC you have to complete articleship of 15 Months & that also before 3 months of exams.
i wanted to know the same thing..i m a May2010 pcc batch..mine articleship will complete 15 months in nov30..so can i legally ask my CA to give meh leave..plzz reply..
IT Training is also included in 15mnths training..than can i ask leave from oct 31 as mine articleship ends on nov last..and trainin period is of around 1mnth.

i may have 50 days holiday in that 15 month training ..so when will i be liable to ask for leave.

Hi friend,
it is neccessary for a student to complete itt and 15 months articleship before 3 months for his/her attempt (i think one can complete itt 1 month before the attempt) and eligible to take 1/6 th working days as holidays as per icai instructions
