Articleship query

i want to register for articleship but the college is not attesting the form 112.Syamaprasad college(Calcutta University) is denying on the basis of invalid grounds.The due date for registration was 31st October.

Is there any provision if the college doesnt sign the form 112.

Hi i need to know the consequences of not submitting the rejoining form of articleship within 30 days of commencement of articleship....will be there any problem regarding this? plz anyone let me know...
