Hello Friends....
One of my friend has cleared his PE-2 exams in May,07 and started his articleship wef Aug,07 in a small firm at his hometown with an oral agreement that he will take termination after Jan,08 and will go to Metropolitan city to take articleship.At the same time he was preparing for CS Inter exams in Dec,07.
Now the problen arises:
1. His principal told him that he will give Termination only after showing 4 months leave for CS exams. (In total 6 months duration he wants to show 4 months leave…. Is it possible), however he has not taken 4 month leave for CS exams.
2.If he shows such leave, when my friend will be eligible 4 appear in final exams.
However, My friend has not got the Article Registration letter yet.
Plz advice.......
