Articleship pressure
I have a query and I request all the respected CA's of the faternity to please suggest me the most apt course of action in this regard. I am a CA finalist. My employee is an examiner of CA IPCE Law copies and hr has since then literally forced us to examine the copies in his behalf. He gives us to take copies back home and examine. I have this urge to bring this to the notice of the ICAI. Please suggest.

i hv posted dis to ask what icai can do. I hv heard icai never goes against its members. But sm members are misusing dere powers. Im from Kolkata.

i also think v cant do much...bt v can atleast go public..plz post d same post on ur fcbk or twitter profile....Surely its best thing u can do..
My articleship period is not yet over, i am still to serve 2 months so i m just waiting to finish that and then make a complaint
