Articleship or industrial training
I am currently working in a firm in I am about to clear my first year of articleship. The firm almost has no work in the 2nd year of articleship. So I have decided to take transfer. I had already made up my mind to take Industrial Training in the 3rd year. But if I take Transfer no firm will take me for just an year. What should I do??? Experts plss suggest....

If you have decided to take up Industrial Training, dont take transfer, instead start preparing for your exams and if you dont want to go for Industrial training u can take transfer.
I want to take transfer becoz for in the 2nd year my firm will have very minimal work.
And I don't wanna be stagnant.
And my principal told me that he will give me transfer but all of a sudden today he was just a completely different person when I went to him wid transfer form.
