Articleship leaves in excess

Yes, any excess period must be served.

But I must say your CA is so rude. Who extends the articleship for 45 days ?

I mean if the leaves exceed 100 and so, then the CA should extend the articleship.But 45 days excess and he reported that to ICAI.

You must have argued/misbehaved with him all these years. 

You should have asked for his mercy. LOL.

But he should have, by himself, relieved you with no excess leaves. 

 

Sir, u didn't get my question. Actually in total my leaves are 100 days in 1st year of article ship,then after termination there,under my new employer only 45 days, in these 2 years. In my termination letter from institute after 1st year of article ship excess leaves calculated as per icai was 59 days. So does I have to serve any excess period now?

sir, in my former firm during my 1st year of articleship my leaves taken were 100 days,then after termination there, I received institute's letter with 59 excess leaves.now I m suppose to complete my 3rd year of article ship in my latter firm with 45 days of leaves in next 2 years. does I have to serve any excess of article ship period??
