Pls tell me if there will be any problem in articleship period if my boss does not pay me stipend for 'earned leave'??
Does the Institute check actual passbook entries (for 3.5 years) including earned leave??

Which regulation?? I know that he is supposed to pay me for the earned leave. But if he doesn't will there be any problem in my articleship tenure as there will be chq deposits of 3 years only.

NO
And your articleship tanure is nothing to do with stipend payments unless you both(ca and trainee) have no problem and no one do complaint to icai
