its ok with all ur information..but i  and i know many more pcc students that may be suffering twaattt from their principal need to know this..

i am not talking about whole article ship period...i am only talking about pcc 15mnths period...

i hv started mine in 29-08-2008 and mine exam is on may 2010.if i take total 60days holiday in mine 15mnths trainin excludin IT leave than when will i legally be able to talk to my principal about my leave for exam.plz specify the date.and i will take my IT trainin in Jan 2010..that means i will hv to do 14mnths trainin??..suggest.

Subodh, you are entitled to a normal leave of 1/6th of the training period served. However such calculation is usually done at the end of the training period. Right now you have to complete 15 mnths of actual training including ITT which is the minimum stipulated time of training for appearing for the PCC exam.. Your 15 months get over on 28-11-2009 but since you've taken extra leaves already your principal would be reluctant in granting you extra leaves. However you can ask for your leave in January and if he is quite generous he might grant you the same but take my advice-if you finish ITT this year dont take a leave for more than 3 months i.e. before February. The calculation of 1/6th... n so on is done at the end of the articleship tenure.
