The form should reach respective ICAI branches within 30 days from the date on which u have commenced your articleship or thereafter by paying additional fees.

But ur articleship must be starts upto 30th april
i heard from some of my frnds d last date is 5th march some say 30th april ..thats why confused

The basic thing is u should complete your 2 1/2yr(In case of IPCC & PCC) 2yr (PEII) of articles before u appear for exam.
