Articleship issue
I have just entered my final year of articleship last week.My partner wanted me to go for outstation audits. But as I had my classes going on for my CA final exams I refused to go. As a result of which my manager has asked me not to come to office from tomorrow and also took away my laptop and stuff. They also said that if I come to office from tomorrow my articleship will be terminated on the reasons of negligience and indiscipline. They are asking me to take transfer but that is not possible as I dont have a valid reason for it. They are not allowing me secondment. Also now it wont be possible for me to find Industrial Training. What should I do in this situation?? Please Help Me Guys.. I am in a big time trouble as I have my attempt due in May 2017.

Try to convince your principal and say that your exam is due in may 2017 and u need to study.
This reason is not valid for transfer and in case of leave your attempt would be delay.

If its possible for you to do self study of the chaps that you are going to miss then for now just apologise and go for the assignment. Thats the only way out now. Speak to them again once you are done with the assignment. Such situations are faced by many articles and more often than not we have to agree to our principal. Try to find a way out for now and resume ur articleship asap. And if u do not want to miss ur class then speak to your principal or any other senior person other than ur manager..Hope that things get sorted out.

It has already been 2 weeks since this situation and I have already pleaded in front of them. Even some of my seniors have spoke to the manager and the partners. But there is no outcome, They are not listening to the same and saying that in no way is it possible for them to take me into the firm again. They are just not listening in any ways. and have put me on leave since that day. What should I do in case as they are just not listening.

Post this query again mentioning only the case where there is conflict between the principal and article..Let ones who have faced similar issues suggest you some solution. Going by the rules theres nothing you can do..May be asking for a transfer on permitted grounds and then the principal refusing it...etc..so that institute can come into the picture.
Also just a suggestion let ur guardian speak to ur partner..it might just work out

I will ask my parents to talk to the manager/partner about the same. I hope it works out.
I just dont want my attempt to get delayed.
