Meri 23 days ki extended articleship 26 apr se 18 may tk thi..may me ca final k exm ki wjh se mne 20 days leaves li thi..excess leave ki prblm na ho so sir ne form 107 or 108 me 26 apr se 16 june tk ki articleship ir di thi or usme 20 days leaves show ki thi...ab icai se notice aaya k 20 days ki excess leaves thi..ab m icai ko 26 apr se 18 may tk ka revised form 108 fill krke usme 20 days leave show krdu or or excess 20 days ka form 107 or 108 me zero leaves show krke send krdu to koi prblm thodi na aaegi...pls tell me agr isme kuch prblm h to...bar bar letter aane ki wjh se bhut prblm hoti h sir

Refill the form 107 for 20days articleship and then in Form 108 don't show any leaves.
In simple terms :
n case articled training is served with the same Principal and in continuation of previous training without any break:
a.
Submit Form 108 for the previous period of Practical Training alongwith training report as specified in the Training Guide.
b.
Execute a supplementary deed of articles for the period equivalent to the excess leave period in Form 107 on a 'Non-judicial Stamp Paper; or affix ' Special Adhesive Stamp' of appropriate value.
c.
The deed of supplementary articles must be submitted in original alongwith a copy so as to reach the Institute's Office within 60 days from the date of commencement of training.
n case articled training is served with the same Principal and in continuation of previous training without any break:

AM A IPCC STUDENT NOW AM DOING MY ARTICLE TRAINING CURRENTLY I COMPLETED 1 1/2 YEAR ARTICLESHIP NOW CAN I TAKE TERMINATION IF THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO TAKE TERMINATION.
THEN ONE MORE QUARY :
AFTER TAKING TERMINATION DURATION TO REJOIN THE TRAINIG & CAN I JOIN ANY OTHER FIRM OR I HAVE TO JOIN THERE ONLY ?.......
PLEASE SOME ONE SOLVE MY QUARY
