Can a student having registration no. of western region i.e WRO do articleship in a firm in Bangalore. If NO...what is the procedure for transfer from WRO to SRO??

yes , we can do.. the form 103 will be posted in the regional office where the employer is registered..
there is no restriction on articleship based on any region.
