Are you a CPT passed out or PE-II passed out.

I have passed my CPT in the MAY 2007 batch and have secured 125 marks. Now i wish to join articleship in an Auditing firm at Chennai. Kindly help me in giving the names of the firms. I await in my E-mail. Thank you.

I wanted to do Articleship in Chennai Passed PE-I Secured 98 Percentile (Score 743.5) in Management Aptitude Test (MAT). Passed PE-II Group 2 in November-2006 Appeared for PE-II Group 1 in Nov-2007

Congrats to all my dear friends who have cleared the CPT or PE-2 exams.Now is the crucial time for you people as you will have to join for Articleship.Before joining a firm collect as much as details about it.Enquire the employees or ask people who are already doing their articles there.Ascertain to what extent you will get exposure in the fied.Very important if you want to specialize in audit make sure the firm which you want to join has audits of stock listed companies.Ensure to what extent Computer Aided Audit Techniques (CAATs) are used.Judge whether you will be able to manage the work pressure.Ensure your stipend is in par with others. :) All the very best.If any further clarifications is needed pls leave a thread.
