Mostly they will prefer students who cleared ipcc both groups(no issue with attempt).
no issue with attempts? thnk u. actually i was supposed to appear in may 2012 for ipcc bt could nt coz of ill health. so now will be appearing in november. its sad to miss the 1st time attempt! :(
