Articleship Hours

As Per rule Article/Audit Assistant has to give minimum of 35 hours of time per week for Practical Training.It is at the Discretion of the Article with Consent of Employer that how he / she attends the training. I.e 6 hours/day for 6 days OR  & 7 hours/day for 5 days. .If the Article Opts latter method , then how would the Calculation of Total days Present would be done.Incase of  7 hours /day will it be treated that article is present for 5 days or What ?
