Articleship: Heaven or Hell.

Its an part of the Course........comeon we get the experience how things work

Do we have a choice but to slog???

 ya its hell...but anyone who comes over the period of hell....he gets a seat of CA in heaven...haha...to fullfill ones dreams one should be ready to face everykind of hurdules..

Yes, I definitely agree with the words of Ravi satpal. I remember a beautiful saying after reading this," If u desire to blossom like a Rose in the Garden, u have to learn the art of adjusting with the Throns". See even in hell we get a concession, then just  imagine what scope we ll have once we crack this Tough Nut.....!!!!!!!!!

"It depends on you whether you want to make it hell or heaven"

Suppose you have a bad time during articleship and you continue the trend when you become a CA, so the vicious circle never ends.

If you want to end it don't regret and provide your juniors the best working environment so that they can boost of their seniors and the day will come when this period would no longer be compared to "Hell".

If the Service line in Articleship is same as what is done post qualification, then its decent. But invariably most people end up in a completely different service line compared to the one in their Aricleship. This is a waste of time.

3 years is way too long, and a huge waste of time.

The 3 years of articleship give you that confidence and exposure which is obviously needed. Its a earn while you learn course.

during articleship we are facing many difficulties in industries which helps us when we will qualified ca so in my opinion articleship is a opportunity to increase in knowledge and also it helps in increasing in experience of many industry

Like this buddy if you will not do your three years articleship you will not able to learn any thijng

Truely speaking bookish knowledge is diff and real life knowledge is diff for learning actual things we need to work and three years is suitable time

1st year we learn

2nd year we implement

and 3rd year we got confidence

And if you want to make happy 30 years of your life than make it 3 years like a hell and 30 years will be cool and smooth

Articleship is infact very useful for CA students.. They can realise that when they go ahead in their career. It is also useful in learning inter personal relationships and leadership qualities.

Articleship builds trainee's confidence to face practical issues whether in accounts, taxation, Audit or whatever field you picked up.

It helps trainee to learn and improve his skills. It (articleship) is a plateform where you can learn and improve your knowleadge. you must have heard:

"All of the top achievers are lifelong learners... Looking for new skills, insights, and ideas. If they're not learning, they're not growing... not moving toward excellence."

So it is in the best practice of all articles to undergo this training. I would also add one more thing the period of articleship may be reduced to some extent.

Finally

"The purpose of learning is growth, and our minds, unlike our bodies, can continue growing as we continue to live."

Articleship does act as a detterent for people like me who wish to do CA after MBA or people who are working.

Articleship period is necessary for C.A. people. But after a degree if you will do this course, then that small amount of stipend with lots of work , really bad If you live in metro cities.

Ya its right neha. living in metros with little stipend is diff but its Metro cities where you can get most of exposure say in export, import field.

If we think from a broder angle than we can conclude that CA is better and economic.
