articleship guidline .......

i have start my articleship in 22nd dec 2006 .till 4 month principal pay me stipend .after it cannot pay stipend .moreover from the month of augusr to november he forces to work from 9.00am to 8.00 pm.even sunday is not holiday . he does not make attendance even i go there he make absent .now he tell that he will not allowed to do ITT 100 hrs training .even my 15 months training is completed.he said he will not give certifacte of training.without my certifcate how can u join it.there is work now u should join .moreover when i request for transfer certifacte is not giving and he will send less attendance there .please help me  what can i do .......
