i submitted form 109,but instead of uploading the signed form 109,i uploaded there self declaration and successfully validated OTP, will it get rejected by RO?

If you uploaded the wrong document for Form 109, wait for the status to change to "Ask for Correction" on the SSP portal, or proactively submit a request letter signed by your Principal to your Regional Office to have the incorrect form rejected so you can file a fresh one.
